Over the course of our 9 year journey and interactions we've had with you, we've received several questions that we've taken the time to carefully answer. Where does your leather come from and what kind of leather do you use?

  • Our leather hides are sourced from France, Italy, USA and India, and we currently use two types:

  • Vegetable tanned Top grain cowhide (smooth) from Italy and India

  • Cross grain embossed US Top grain cowhide and Goat leather from France (textured)

Will there be discounts soon?

  • We have no plans to offer any discounts soon

What currency are your prices in?

  • Our prices are listed in USD (US Dollar)

How would I know if my items fit within the designated compartments of a product? 

  • Please refer to the specific product page for more information on the size of specific compartments and the fit of certain items.  

Will my parcel be charged customs/duties and taxes?

  • Yes, you will be charged customs/duties by your local customs office based on their price limits and import guidelines (this varies from country to country). You will be charged taxes based on your country’s tax laws.

What forms of payment do you take?

  • Currently, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal

Do you have a product warranty?

  • We have a 3-year warranty on all our leather products. Please refer to our Warranty Page for more details

Do you provide monogramming services?

  • Yes we offer

How often do you launch new products?

  • We intend to launch new products every month

I want to get multiple items and they’re not in a bundle. Will you be offering any bundles? If so, how do I purchase a Custom Bundle?

  • We offer various bundle deals from time to time. As we have selected these items for specific reasons when we run such deals, we do not allow the substitution of other products outside those stated within the bundle

Where are you located?

  • Our workshop is based in Saigon, VN

  • We have physical shops within VN

  • Our international online shop is shipped out of California, USA

Will my information and payment details be shared with any third parties?

  • We do not share or sell your information to any third party. Your information and payment details are kept strictly confidential and used for the sole purpose of contacting you about your order or matters relating to Hannson Group Co.. We also do not store your credit card details. You can opt to receive our marketing emails and opt out anytime you wish.

Will the product I get look exactly the same as the photographs on the website?

  • Some slight variations from the photographs on the website should not be taken as defects, as there may be very slight differences in colors depending on your screen resolution and other factors.

  • Leather textures and grains will appear different on different parts of the hide, so there may be some slight differences from piece to piece

How do I care for my purchased products?

  • Avoid direct and prolonged contact with water and exposure to heat -Prolonged heat exposure will dry out the leather

  • Always wipe off any water droplets as soon as possible with a soft cloth

  • Leave the leather to dry naturally

  • Frequently buff the leather with a soft cloth

  • Regular polishing with a leather cream will help to maintain its suppleness and minimize scratches and abrasions

  • We ship to all countries worldwide

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

  • This depends on the destination country. Please use your tracking info to see shipment details

  • This depends on the destination country

How do I track my order?

  • A shipment notification email will be sent to you once your order is shipped out from the warehouse – this email will contain tracking details.

What are remote area charges and why do they exist?

  • “Remote areas” are defined as areas that are outside the standard routes taken by our couriers. As these routes are visited less frequently, additional charges will be incurred if your shipping address is located in a “remote area”. You may view our list of postal codes within your country that would result in additional remote area charges

  • Note that this list is generated by our courier and will be updated periodically. If you are unsure of whether your delivery address falls within the “remote area” category, you may write to us at info@hannsonleather.co for more information

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receiving?

  • You can email us on info@hannsonleather.co and we will can help get a new order ship to you

Can I change/cancel my order? Will I get a refund?

  • Yes, we can change your order to a different item within 24 hours. Please email us; info@hannsonleather.com

  • No, we do not accept returns

 

Can I return a product immediately upon receipt if I’m not happy with it?

  • No, we do not accept “change of mind” returns but you are welcome to make an exchange for a different item, return shipping and new shipping will be at the expense of the customer
